Since I’ve always had a high commitment to help others to reach their best potential, became a Shiatsu Therapist has been a natural path to follow in my own personal and professional development. Shiatsu has deepened my understanding in the ancient system of health and wellness framework of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) while incorporating Western medicine's principles of anatomy, physiology and pathology. It has deepened my understanding about how using some aspect of Western and Oriental medicine together can provide great support for the self-curative processes of our body and mind. Shiatsu is particularly powerful when combined with attention to diet, exercise and some form of self-reflection. Shiatsu is a manual bodywork therapy that has had a profoundly positive effect on my life and I endeavour to share that with my clients.

As well as running my own private Shiatsu Practice "THE SHIATSU STUDIO" at Leamington Spa, I offer Shiatsu sessions at "THE LIFEWAYS COMPLEMENTARY HEALTH CENTRE " in Stratford-Upon-Avon as well.

My aim is to create a safe, warm and welcoming therapeutic space where each person will be treated as a unique individual.
